• Monitor video performance metrics to refine strategies that increase views and followers.

• Adapt high-performing content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Demonstrated presence on TikTok, whether personal or professional, with examples of your work.

• Comfortable in front of the camera and adept at crafting engaging, attention-grabbing hooks.

• Basic video editing proficiency using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar software.

• Strong comprehension of TikTok culture, trends, and the platform's algorithm.

• Reliable and consistent work ethic.
