SOC 2 Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive project plan, encompassing implementation, evidence gathering, and the prompt achievement of all project milestones.

• Ensure thorough documentation, control design, and audit preparedness in accordance with SOC 2 standards.

• Oversee communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including executive teams, auditors, suppliers, and cross-functional partners.

• Facilitate project-related activities across various cross-functional teams, such as Security, IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Procurement.

• Assist with project-related purchases and vendor management, collaborating closely with Procurement and external suppliers.

• Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, escalating issues internally and externally as needed.

• Execute additional duties as may reasonably be required in alignment with the role's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of project management experience in IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and audit preparedness.

• Demonstrated success in delivering compliance, security, or governance-focused projects; SOC 2 Type II experience is a significant advantage.

• Strong grasp of governance, risk, and compliance principles, including control design and documentation.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and external auditors.

• Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity infrastructure sufficient to coordinate technical teams and interpret audit requirements.

• Experience collaborating with multicultural, globally distributed teams in remote settings.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
