This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead the comprehensive project plan, encompassing implementation, evidence gathering, and the timely achievement of all project milestones.
• Ensure adequate documentation, control design, and audit preparedness in accordance with SOC 2 standards.
• Oversee communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including executive teams, auditors, suppliers, and cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate project-related tasks across various teams, including Security, IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Procurement.
• Assist with project-related purchases and vendor management, collaborating closely with Procurement and external suppliers.
• Actively identify, monitor, and mitigate risks, escalating issues internally and externally as necessary.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as may be reasonably required to support the objectives of the role.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects related to compliance, security, or governance; experience with SOC 2 Type II is a significant advantage.
• Strong grasp of governance, risk, and compliance principles, including control design and documentation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and external auditors.
• Understanding of IT and cybersecurity infrastructure, enabling effective coordination of technical teams and interpretation of audit requirements.
• Experience collaborating with multicultural, globally distributed teams in remote settings.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
