This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Lead the comprehensive project plan, encompassing implementation, evidence gathering, and the timely achievement of all project milestones.
• Ensure accurate documentation, control design, and audit readiness in accordance with SOC 2 standards.
• Oversee communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including executive teams, auditors, suppliers, and cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate project-related tasks across various cross-functional teams, including Security, IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Procurement.
• Assist with project-related purchases and vendor management, collaborating closely with Procurement and external suppliers.
• Proactively identify, monitor, and address risks, escalating concerns internally and externally when necessary.
• Carry out other responsibilities as reasonably required in alignment with the role's objectives.
• Over 5 years of project management experience in IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering compliance, security, or governance-related projects; SOC 2 Type II experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong comprehension of governance, risk, and compliance principles, including control design and documentation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and external auditors.
• Understanding of IT and cybersecurity infrastructure, sufficient to coordinate technical teams and interpret audit requirements.
• Experience collaborating with multicultural, globally distributed teams in remote settings.
• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
