This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Respond promptly to direct messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram.
• Interact with subscribers, addressing their inquiries and providing product information.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all communications.
• Proactively engage with potential customers and offer trial lessons.
• Send follow-up messages to interested leads who have not yet committed to a paid lesson.
• Utilize the sales script and funnel to convert leads into paying customers.
• Address objections and offer additional information as necessary.
• Manage social media contests on Facebook and Instagram, responding to participant inquiries and selecting winners based on established criteria.
• Handle negative comments or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company guidelines and policies regarding communication, sales, and customer interactions.
• Proficient in English (minimum level B2; C1 or higher is preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Turkish (at least C1/C2).
• Experience working in a language school is advantageous.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage a large volume of information.
• Demonstrated responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
