This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Identify and document prospective self-service needs for the current ServiceNow HR platform in accordance with HHS operational priorities.
• Offer expertise and advisory support on enhancing self-service functionalities within the ServiceNow framework.
• Collaborate with the Government to ensure the maintenance of self-service operations and continuity during any simultaneous HCM migration activities.
• Assist in analyzing business processes and conducting gap assessments related to the capabilities of the ServiceNow HR module.
• Aid in the planning and implementation of the transition from a ServiceNow-based self-service environment to Oracle’s HR self-service platform.
• Serve as a consultant to maintain self-service operations during the transition of functionalities from ServiceNow to Oracle.
• Clearly articulate the key architectural and functional distinctions between the two platforms to guide Government decision-making.
• Support user readiness, workflow mapping, and stakeholder communication throughout the entire migration lifecycle.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HHS regarding HCM self-service platform strategy and operations.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams to ensure platform capabilities align with HR business requirements.
• Generate clear and accessible documentation, including process flows, gap analyses, requirement summaries, and transition plans.
• Engage in working groups, stakeholder briefings, and review sessions as necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience in HR technology, HCM platform administration, or HR systems consulting.
• Proven hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module, particularly in self-service configuration and workflow management.
• Solid understanding of the Oracle HCM self-service platform, focusing on its architecture, employee/manager self-service capabilities, and configuration framework.
• Experience in supporting or advising on HCM platform migrations, including transition planning and strategies for operational continuity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate platform gaps and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting intricate technical concepts to non-technical government stakeholders.
• Eligibility to obtain a public trust clearance.
