SME Consultant – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to internal teams regarding industry trends and best practices.

• Leverage your expertise to aid in the development of content for VR simulations and eLearning videos.

• Offer advice on construction and installation processes.

• Create and assist in the development of procedure guides.

• Write and record voiceover scripts and screencasts for video content.

• Produce valid and reliable test questions and knowledge assessments.

• Develop fault scenarios for various applications.

• Review courses to ensure accuracy and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Data Center Construction.

• Previous teaching or training experience is advantageous.

• Must be organized and maintain effective communication with the team.

• Must possess a willingness and capability to collaborate with designers and developers, responding to inquiries and feedback within 1-2 business days.

• A systematic approach to troubleshooting is essential.

• Strong research skills are required.

• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is preferred.

• Proficient computer skills including G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).

• Familiarity with Camtasia (video tutorial and presentation software) is a plus; training will be provided.

• Strong writing skills for creating knowledge assessments and procedure guides.

• Availability during business hours for scheduled Zoom meetings.
