• - Execute a **high-velocity sales strategy** targeting **US e-commerce SMBs**
• - Meet ambitious **daily activity goals**: dials, connections, deals initiated, and deals finalized
• - Manage deals from start to finish on a **short cycle** — transforming first calls into closed deals within days, not months
• - Engage heavily via phone. **Telephony is the primary medium**, complemented by email, LinkedIn, and SMS communication
• - Achieve **inbound lead response SLAs within minutes, not hours**, and maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule
• - Uphold immaculate **HubSpot hygiene** — logging every call, ensuring accuracy in every deal stage, and scheduling all next steps
• - Clearly convey Uncapped's value proposition to e-commerce founders swiftly, manage objections in real time, and drive towards a decision
• - Compete on the leaderboard weekly, monthly, and quarterly — actively contributing to your team's success
• - Collaborate with senior AEs and the credit team to expedite deal progress without losing momentum
