• Driving ongoing growth for Neat by identifying potential customers within the small business sector.
• Utilizing the regional network to discover new business opportunities, participating in events, and representing Neat as an ambassador.
• Assessing territory and vertical prospects, taking initiative for a proactive strategy in your area of responsibility.
• Staying informed of market trends, comprehending the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities.
• Providing market insights back to the product and development teams, offering a crucial 360-degree perspective of the region’s potential.
• Serving as a trusted colleague within your team, offering mentorship and coaching.
• Defining, designing, and refining our sales processes to ensure Neat is well-prepared for the next phase of our rapid growth.
• Must possess extensive experience collaborating with channel partners and DMRs.
• Familiarity with working alongside distributors and understanding their processes.
• Proven experience in field sales; adept at traveling efficiently within your region.
• Capable of effectively communicating, engaging, influencing, and persuading high-level executives.
• Significant experience in implementing effective sales practices within small business accounts.
• Regional experience with commercial clients in the small business sector.
• Knowledge of video conferencing is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in scaling a rapidly growing technology business is essential.
• Ability to design strategic go-to-market plans.
• A proven track record in developing new business and expanding into new business areas.
