This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate and implement account strategies along with technical sales plans.
• Create and design secure, scalable networking solutions that meet customer business requirements.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Offer consultative insights across various networking domains, including wired, wireless, security, and cloud-managed solutions.
• Assist in evaluations, solution validation, and competitive differentiation throughout the sales process.
• Generate technical proposals, responses to RFPs, and solution documentation.
• Serve as a reliable technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate customer and partner enablement through training sessions, workshops, and technical briefings.
• Work closely with product management and engineering to relay field feedback and influence product direction.
• Provide support for post-sales escalations as necessary to guarantee customer success.
• 7–10+ years of experience in systems engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of networking technologies, including switching, routing, wireless, and security.
• Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions and architectures.
• Experience in delivering customer-oriented presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in intricate network environments.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and manage complex customer interactions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
• Familiarity with cloud-managed networking platforms.
• Background in high-density wireless design and optimization.
• Experience with automation, scripting, or API-driven networking.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CWNP, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
