SLED Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Accountable for meeting the annual sales targets and personally negotiating Enterprise-wide agreements.

• Oversee and direct all sales initiatives to fulfill business objectives.

• Ensure that the proposed sales strategies and solutions leverage NICE CxOne's strengths and are implementable.

• Forge new strategic partnerships while nurturing existing relationships, and analyze customer business situations to pinpoint constraints and identify new opportunities arising from technological advancements.

• Cultivate and sustain high-level relationships with C-suite executives.

• Initiate, support, develop, and oversee purchasing agreements between NICE CxOne and the client.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of sales experience in selling a variety of software products (portfolio sales) and services to sophisticated clients in a hunter-type role.

• At least 1 year of experience selling Conversational AI and/or Digital Transformation solutions to enterprise clients.

• Prior experience in SLED, call center, and software industries.

• Exceptional relationship management and client engagement skills that effectively establish trust and credibly manage/resolve customer escalations.

• A collaborative sales approach that involves working with multiple internal and external teams.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities that instill confidence and credibility with C-suite and VP-level executives.

• Natural self-sufficiency, adaptability, and confidence, with a preference for autonomy to take charge and manage activities and processes to achieve revenue outcomes.

• Experience or knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions is a plus.

• Experience or knowledge in selling a comprehensive suite of SaaS products is advantageous.
