This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Support needs analysis and contribute to the development, logistics, and delivery of training programs.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to employees.
• Offer guidance and assistance to clients and partners as part of intervention and developmental initiatives.
• Create and revise training activities while implementing processes for skills development.
• Develop recommendations, solutions, and action plans aligned with the organization's goals and priorities.
• Assist in resolving complex issues by utilizing analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the business sector.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least four years of pertinent experience.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
