This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Create and implement an effective territory business strategy aimed at geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multidisciplinary teams in skeletal dysplasia clinics to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the overall landscape of skeletal dysplasia; engage healthcare professionals in relevant and compliant conversations.
• Leverage sales and target data to pinpoint growth opportunities and proactively tackle territory challenges.
• Anticipate potential business obstacles, realign priorities as necessary, showcase adaptability, and devise solutions to overcome challenges.
• Collaborate in a compliant manner with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to optimize satisfaction for both customers and families.
• Develop and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs to enhance advocacy for Infigratinib and BridgeBio.
• Embrace a “One Bridge” philosophy—working across the organization to implement company initiatives and represent BridgeBio with integrity.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in selling techniques, clinical knowledge, market insights, and the business landscape of the territory.
• Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; a minimum of 4 years in rare diseases, genetic disorders, or skeletal dysplasia is required. Experience with achondroplasia or pediatric rare diseases is highly preferred.
• A BS/BA degree is required, with an MBA being a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively is necessary.
• Experience in product or indication launches: Proven track record of successfully launching products in competitive or new markets, including generating demand through disease-state and stakeholder education.
• Account management expertise: Proven success in analyzing complex accounts, developing strategies, and driving implementation to achieve measurable results.
• Leadership & communication skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and influence both internally and externally, demonstrating high accountability, sound judgment, and excellent organizational capabilities.
• AI fluency: Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in utilizing AI-powered tools and technologies.
