This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Create and implement an effective territory business strategy aimed at geneticists, pediatric endocrinologists, orthopedic specialists, pediatricians, and multi-disciplinary skeletal dysplasia clinic teams to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Infigratinib, achondroplasia, and the broader skeletal dysplasia field; engage healthcare professionals in clinically pertinent, compliant dialogues.
• Leverage sales and target data to pinpoint growth prospects and proactively tackle territory challenges.
• Anticipate potential business hurdles, adjust priorities accordingly, demonstrate adaptability, and formulate solutions to overcome challenges.
• Collaborate compliantly with Field Medical Directors, Field Reimbursement Managers, Family Account Managers, and the HUB to enhance customer and family satisfaction.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs to increase advocacy for Infigratinib and BridgeBio.
• Embrace a “One Bridge” philosophy—working collaboratively across the organization to execute company initiatives and represent BridgeBio with integrity.
• Maintain an outstanding level of proficiency in selling techniques, clinical knowledge, market insights, product knowledge, and the business landscape of the territory.
• Ensure that all actions adhere to relevant regulations, company policies, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; a minimum of 4 years in rare diseases, genetic diseases, or skeletal dysplasia is required. Experience in achondroplasia or pediatric rare diseases is highly preferred.
• A BS/BA degree is required, with an MBA being a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively is necessary.
• Experience in product/indication launches: A proven track record of successfully launching products in competitive or new markets, including generating demand through disease-state and stakeholder education.
• Account management expertise: Demonstrated success in analyzing complex accounts, developing strategies, and driving implementation to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Leadership and communication skills: Strong communication abilities and influence both internally and externally—with high accountability, sound judgment, and excellent organizational capabilities.
• AI fluency: Evidenced curiosity and adaptability with AI-driven tools and technologies.
