This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take charge of the entire sales cycle.
• Lead presentations and pitches, effectively translating TensorOps' capabilities (agentic AI, LLM fine-tuning, data infrastructure, AI strategy) into compelling solutions for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Address objections, guide procurement processes, and spearhead contract negotiations until closure.
• Manage ongoing account relationships after signature, ensuring delivery teams are prepared for success and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with AWS account managers across EMEA and the US, partner development managers, and field sales teams across targeted regions.
• Propel co-selling initiatives: collaborative proposals, AWS Marketplace positioning, and co-hosted events and roundtables.
• Sustain and enhance TensorOps’s AWS partner tier by achieving co-sell KPIs and certification requirements.
• Over 3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales; you've established ecosystem relationships that create pipeline opportunities, rather than just managing existing accounts.
• Technical proficiency in cloud, AI/ML, or data infrastructure; while you may not write code, you can engage meaningfully in discussions with a CTO or solutions architect.
• Demonstrated success in guiding partner-sourced opportunities from presentations and proposals through to negotiations and closure.
• Exceptional communication skills: articulate, straightforward, and confidently able to engage with an AWS field representative, a startup founder, or an enterprise procurement committee.
• A self-motivated individual who flourishes in a dynamic team environment; comfortable in shaping processes within a company that is still refining its commercial strategies.
• Eligible to work in Portugal without the need for sponsorship.
