This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify, research, and engage with corporate CSR programs, foundations, and high-net-worth individual (HNI) networks that align with healthcare, women's health, rural development, and digital innovation.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of at least 30 CSR prospects at different stages of engagement, aiming for an annual CSR fundraising goal of ₹5 crore.
• Establish genuine, long-lasting relationships with CSR leaders, CXOs, sustainability officers, and decision-makers within corporate, family office, and philanthropic sectors.
• Create persuasive, data-driven CSR proposals and grant applications customized to meet each funder's priorities.
• Provide timely, outcome-oriented reports, impact dashboards, and updates to CSR partners on a quarterly basis or as stipulated by partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure that Intelehealth's digital health mission, scalability, and innovation are effectively showcased.
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience in India.
• Bachelor's degree in business, development studies, nonprofit management, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven success in generating ₹5 crore+ annually from CSR or institutional funders.
• Direct experience managing over 10 CSR partnerships simultaneously with high relationship retention rates.
• In-depth knowledge of India's Companies Act 2013, CSR regulations (2% mandatory spending), CSR-1 registration, and NITI Aayog compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to map and engage with corporate CSR ecosystems.
• Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) for family philanthropy or impact giving.
• Exceptional proposal writing and storytelling skills with a proven history of securing substantial grants.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho) for donor management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Strong capabilities in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization for fundraising analytics and dashboards.
