This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Enhance the net dollar retention of your portfolio by actively engaging in upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining strong relationship management to safeguard and increase existing revenue.
• Oversee client contract renewals with an emphasis on boosting Annual Recurring Revenue and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Discover, cultivate, and secure new opportunities within designated accounts to facilitate a land-and-expand strategy.
• Prepare precise proposals, statements of work, and other client-facing documents that support your sales process and propel deal momentum.
• Establish significant, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to elevate engagement and position Absorb as a strategic ally.
• Accurately manage your sales pipeline with accountability, reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis to guarantee complete visibility across the organization.
• Become proficient in Absorb’s subscription models to confidently respond to client inquiries and steer renewal and expansion discussions.
• Engage in team meetings and collaborative initiatives that enhance sales processes and overall performance.
• Forge strong internal collaborations across Customer Success, Support, Product, and Leadership to ensure comprehensive client lifecycle support.
• Remain up-to-date on product releases, training sessions, and industry trends to sustain robust product knowledge and credibility with clients.
• A post-secondary degree (preferably in business or a related discipline).
• 1-2 years of experience in effectively managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• An outgoing and personable demeanor with a sales-oriented mindset, and a solid team player.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving.
• Additional preferred qualifications:
• Experience in SaaS (or Technology) sales.
• Background working with a global client base.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in additional languages.
• Familiarity with industry tools such as Salesforce.
