This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Achieving or surpassing sales targets within a designated territory by creating, executing, and implementing an integrated business plan that focuses on key customer targets.
• Demonstrating expertise in scientific and clinical information related to Encaleret.
• Adopting a customer-centric approach to engage clients in clinically relevant conversations using approved materials.
• Analyzing sales and targeting data effectively to uncover business growth opportunities or identify areas of concern within the territory.
• Responsible for planning and executing territory business strategies and key company initiatives.
• Complying with company guidelines while exemplifying honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability, and executing all responsibilities in line with company policies, state and federal regulations.
• Fostering compliant partnerships with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other essential cross-functional team members to create strategies that promote high customer satisfaction.
• Crafting and executing a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the ADH1 market within the territory to drive business growth. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with targeted healthcare professionals, including physicians, medical staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Anticipating potential business obstacles, adjusting priorities as necessary, showing flexibility, and devising solutions to overcome challenges.
• Maintaining an exceptional level of proficiency in selling skills, clinical knowledge, market awareness, and understanding of the business environment in the territory.
• Collaborating with colleagues and company personnel to ensure corporate objectives and initiatives are fulfilled.
• Planning and organizing schedules effectively to maximize efficiency and achieve goals and objectives.
• Acting as a representative for BridgeBio, presenting a professional image, and upholding the company, its products, and its people with integrity and respect.
• Ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• 8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology. Experience with rare diseases is highly preferred.
• A BS/BA degree is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications in highly competitive or emerging markets.
• Strong skills in leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute plans effectively.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a commitment to maintaining high accountability standards.
• Ability to influence others without authority, both internally and externally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in utilizing remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze business opportunities.
