Site Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the efficient functioning of clinical trial sites

• Working in partnership with study teams and project managers to create study plans

• Overseeing the comprehensive operations of the sites

• Leading site-level personnel and managing their performance

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards

• Preparing for audits by sponsors, CROs, and regulatory bodies

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience preferred

• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in clinical research

• Background as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

• At least two (2) years of experience in line management

• Experience in quality management and implementing corrective actions

• Certification as a CCRC or CCRP is advantageous
