Site Superintendent – In Plant, Special Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily coordination and management of the project.

• Develop a construction strategy that aligns with the client's objectives.

• Ensure that daily and weekly tasks correspond with the established construction plan.

• Foster open and constructive communication with contractors and subcontractors.

• Supervise quality standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

• Organize safety inspections in collaboration with the Safety Director.

• Manage and coordinate activities on the project site.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least ten years of experience in the construction sector.

• A minimum of five years of experience specifically in construction.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable of identifying, understanding, and processing critical aspects of a situation.

• Proficient in planning, controlling work, and motivating team members.

• Ability to oversee construction schedules effectively.

• Skilled in reading construction drawings, processing design documents, P&IDs, isometric drawings, and equipment sheets.

• Strong background in teamwork.
