Site Strategy Manager, Data Center Sites

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, oversee, and implement various moderate-to-large scale projects and programs.

• Provide support for utility and land development initiatives aimed at next-generation digital infrastructure.

• Concentrate on site development planning specifically for data centers.

• Engage in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, planners, and consultants.

• Train and implement machine-learning-based platforms for program and project management and delivery.

• Establish trust with clients, local communities, and regulatory and economic development organizations.

• Ensure the completion of due diligence, zoning, permitting, entitlement, and offsite infrastructure processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or project management.

• Proven track record with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.

• Licensed Professional Engineer, Architect, or Land Planner is preferred.

• An advanced degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or Urban Planning is preferred.

• At least 12 years of experience in general land development, infrastructure, or project management is preferred.

• Expertise in data center operations, site development, and construction processes.

• Experience in managing client relationships and comprehending their business requirements.
