This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and Monitor strategic initiatives: Partner with cross-functional and external teams to drive and monitor strategic initiatives, partnership activities, and M&A efforts. Actively identify, highlight, and escalate risks and blockers related to initiatives to leadership.
• Construct Business Cases: Work alongside Finance and business stakeholders to establish pilot programs, success metrics (such as revenue, efficiency, and cycle-time), and measure ROI.
• Oversee Multidisciplinary Execution: Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI tools into current operating models, legacy software, and workflows.
• Enhance Processes: Collaborate with business stakeholders to revise workflows that leverage AI capabilities.
• Prioritize Value-Driven Initiatives: Work with business leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Develop Business Cases: Partner with Finance and business owners to create pilot programs, outline specific success metrics (revenue, efficiency, cycle-time), and evaluate ROI.
• Assist in M&A Integration: Manage post-merger integration workstreams across various functions, maintain integration trackers, monitor progress against the deal thesis, and report risks to leadership.
• Create Executive Presentations: Prepare presentations, executive briefs, and fact packs for updates to executives and the Board of Directors.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Strategy Execution or a strategic consulting role, ideally within a dynamic SaaS or MarTech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record of developing executive and board presentations.
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis, with the capability to distill both quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding proficiency in synthesizing complex information with keen attention to detail.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Exceptional ability to excel in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, showcasing strong time management skills and adaptability to rapidly changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (GSuite). Experience with Think-Cell is preferred.
