This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver strategic direction on talent management initiatives throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with senior executives and HR teams to identify needs and formulate recommendations.
• Assist in refining and aligning enterprise talent management practices and tools.
• Analyze insights and trends to guide decision-making and future planning.
• Ensure that talent projects are effectively connected to broader enterprise and HR initiatives.
• Lead or assist in large-scale, cross-functional talent management projects.
• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and resource requirements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and decision-making processes across various functions.
• Coordinate with communications, legal, and HR teams to ensure project readiness.
• Oversee vendor coordination and performance as necessary.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology on Workday and other talent management platforms.
• Translate process needs into system functionalities and enhancements.
• Assist in system testing, validation, and the deployment of improvements.
• Promote data integrity and accurate reporting across talent management systems.
• Develop change management and communication strategies for talent initiatives.
• Ensure HR teams and leaders receive training and enablement resources.
• Evaluate readiness and identify potential adoption risks or obstacles.
• Act as the subject matter expert for enterprise succession practices.
• Provide insights on succession expectations, lifecycle steps, and best practices.
• Generally requires a University Degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience.
• Proven experience in talent management, HR strategy, or related domains, with significant exposure to succession or talent practices.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders, HR teams, and technology partners.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear process and system specifications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HR technology platforms.
• Previous experience in converting complex data into materials suitable for executive review.
• Skilled in facilitating discussions with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
