Site SSU Lead – UK/ROI

📋 Description

• Leading and guiding site activation teams across worldwide clinical programs.

• Collaborating with Clinical Operations teams to enhance study start-up efficiency and timelines.

• Utilizing data, forecasting tools, and industry knowledge to aid in planning and decision-making.

• Crafting country-specific Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) in accordance with local regulations and approved templates.

• Recognizing opportunities to optimize processes and promote continuous improvement.

• Overseeing study progress, proactively managing potential delays, and escalating concerns as necessary.

• Offering mentorship and support to study start-up team members.

• Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure sites achieve 'Ready to Enroll' status as swiftly as possible.

• Serving as a primary contact for challenges related to study start-up and assisting teams in finding effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 4+ years of expertise in clinical operations, study start-up, project management, or trial optimization.

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience overseeing site activation and study start-up tasks within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.

• Proficiency in creating country-level Informed Consent Forms (ICFs).

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in utilizing data, forecasting tools, and performance metrics.

• Capability to interpret complex information and convey it clearly to diverse audiences.

• Comprehensive understanding of the elements that lead to successful study start-up and site activation.

• Previous experience in a global clinical research environment is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
