Site Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain detailed project schedules utilizing scheduling software.

• Collaborate with project managers to grasp project scope, timelines, and resource needs.

• Detect and address scheduling conflicts to guarantee timely project completion.

• Liaise with contractors and vendors to verify availability and schedule work accordingly.

• Track project progress and deliver regular updates to project managers and clients.

• Anticipate potential delays and devise contingency plans to keep projects on schedule.

• Examine and assess project schedules to pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimize efficiency.

• Work in tandem with team members to ensure that all project schedules align with the overall objectives of the company.

• Engage in project meetings to provide scheduling updates and tackle any scheduling-related concerns.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices concerning project scheduling.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within the construction sector.

• Proficient in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capable of working independently and remotely while maintaining a collaborative spirit.

• Familiarity with construction processes and terminology.
