Site Reliability Engineer, Voice Platform, Cloud Operations, DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and enhance production voice and cloud platform settings.

• Provide support for Asterisk-based VoIP systems, including SIP call flows, routing, interoperability, and troubleshooting.

• Evaluate signaling, media, network, and platform challenges utilizing logs, packet captures, and diagnostic tools.

• Uphold CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and runbooks.

• Engage in incident response, root-cause analysis, capacity planning, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting Linux-based production systems and distributed cloud environments.

• Practical AWS operational experience, preferably encompassing EC2, ECS/EKS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, load balancing, and CloudWatch.

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities across application, infrastructure, networking, and deployment layers.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, logging, and operational support workflows.

• Strong communication and documentation capabilities for collaborative engineering and operations efforts.
