Site Reliability Engineer – SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Guarantee the reliability, availability, and performance of customer platforms and services.

• Act as a liaison between development and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar position.

• Expertise in the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log monitoring.

• Familiarity with the TICK stack (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Chronograf, Kapacitor) for metrics monitoring.

• Proficient scripting capabilities in languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.

• Knowledge of Operating Systems: Ubuntu (OpenStack) – Must have experience with Debian and Redhat, etc.

• Experience with DevOps platforms like GitLab or similar tools is a plus.

• Strong understanding of Grafana and Prometheus.

• Experience working with ServiceNow or comparable platforms.

• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and the services they offer.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
