Site Reliability Engineer – SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the reliability, availability, and performance of high-traffic web platforms.

• Manage and enhance Cloudflare services, including CDN, caching, DNS, WAF, and rate limiting.

• Set up and oversee DataDome to prevent bots, abuse, scraping, and malicious traffic.

• Monitor production systems and promptly address incidents impacting uptime, latency, and user experience.

• Analyze outages and performance issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing lasting solutions.

• Work in partnership with engineering teams to enhance resiliency, observability, and deployment safety.

• Assist with traffic scaling, capacity planning, and operational readiness for high-volume environments.

• Apply automation and operational best practices to boost stability and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.

• Robust hands-on production experience with Cloudflare.

• Familiarity with DataDome or comparable bot protection and traffic filtering platforms.

• Proven track record supporting high-traffic websites or large-scale web applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of CDN, caching, DNS, WAF, DDoS mitigation, and edge performance optimization.

• Experience with monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root cause analysis.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in live production settings.

• Experience in enhancing system reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
