Site Reliability Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Installing and maintaining servers and applications.

• Monitoring our production applications.

• Enhancing automation related to various tools that the team manages and develops.

• Identifying enhancements in systems management and asset tracking.

• Collaborating closely with engineering to resolve production issues.

• Implementing tools to assist in diagnosing or mitigating problems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 2 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Have experience in UNIX/Linux distributed production environments.

• Exhibit experience in coding with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

• Familiarity with IT Automation tools like Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably.

• Show proficiency in collaborating effectively across teams and organizations.
