Site Reliability Engineer, Connectivity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design and manage dependable Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure for production blockchain and backend workloads.

• Enhance the reliability and operational resilience of blockchain RPC and node infrastructure.

• Create and sustain production Go and backend systems that support reliable infrastructure operations.

• Bolster observability and reliability practices throughout production services and infrastructure.

• Strengthen incident readiness and operational response for production systems.

• Automate operational workflows to minimize manual tasks and enhance infrastructure reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure in production settings.

• Practical understanding of blockchain RPC architecture and node fundamentals in production or operational scenarios.

• Experience in building and operating production systems utilizing Go and backend engineering methodologies.

• Involvement in incident response and production on-call rotations.

• Application of observability and reliability engineering practices to production systems.

• Strong written communication skills and effective coordination across teams in technical environments.

• Experience managing infrastructure for non-EVM blockchain networks.

• Developed or utilized AI-assisted tools and automation for engineering or operational processes.

• Experience with setting up and managing blockchain validators.

• Resume/CV must be submitted in English.

• Willingness to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
