This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Ensure that we fulfill our customers' Service Level Agreements and respond to incidents promptly and professionally.
• Proactively oversee production environments to guarantee scalability, availability, and security.
• Enhance service performance alignment for customers and colleagues by minimizing or eliminating manual and repetitive tasks, as well as reducing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design, deliver, and manage critical business services that are operational 24/7 for customers and co-workers.
• Collaborate closely with Development and DevOps teams to equip them with the necessary tools and assist in the application release process.
• Participate in the design, construction, and scaling of our global product platform.
• Allocate an equal amount of time to building software that automates manual tasks and providing operational support for the products you oversee.
• Strike a balance between feature development speed and reliability while meeting service-level objectives.
• Respond to incidents, diagnose issues, and follow up on system outages or alerts.
• Conduct and assist in root cause analysis and blameless post-mortems to ensure incidents are comprehended and prevented in the future.
• Suggest enhancements to the infrastructure and product offerings.
• Increase the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our software solutions.
• Offer out-of-hours support according to the on-call schedule.
