Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Guarantee the reliability of production: oversee services, manage on-call incidents, direct post-mortems, and implement root-cause solutions; establish and monitor SLOs.

• Administer and sustain AWS infrastructure and Windows Server environments, incorporating security best practices and automation techniques.

• Oversee Kubernetes/Docker platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to facilitate consistent, low-risk releases.

• Take responsibility for observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) and database management (Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB).

• Provide support and maintenance for trading platforms (MT4/MT5) with an emphasis on performance and availability.

• Collaborate with various teams, resolve obstacles, and ensure thorough documentation and runbooks are maintained.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of SRE/DevOps experience in a production setting.

• Proficient in Windows Server and Linux/Unix administration.

• Extensive experience with AWS (EC2, RDS).

• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and Git-based delivery systems (e.g., Argo CD).

• Experience in database administration (Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB).

• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and CI/CD tools (Grafana/Prometheus, ELK, Zabbix, GitLab CI/Jenkins).

• Proficient in English (B1+ level, both written and spoken).

• Skills in scripting/automation (Bash, Python, Go, PowerShell).

• Strong background in database performance tuning or DBA experience.

• Knowledge of ClickHouse and advanced Kubernetes practices.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt) and a broader range of AWS services.

• Familiarity with Vault, Cloudflare, and MT4/MT5 platforms.
