Site Reliability Engineer – Kubernetes Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in the design, execution, and management of our Kubernetes platforms.

• Ensure daily reliability and performance of platform services, which includes monitoring and alerting.

• Develop automation and tools to enhance operational efficiency and minimize manual tasks.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to establish and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.

• Aid in upholding compliance and security standards, including support for audits and ongoing monitoring.

• Contribute to improvements in infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams (Security, Platform, Application) to troubleshoot issues and deliver platform features.

• Take part in on-call rotations to assist with customer inquiries and respond to paging alerts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.

• Proficiency with Kubernetes in production settings.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).

• Strong grasp of Linux systems, networking, and containerization.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).

• Skilled in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Go).
