This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

• Play a key role in the development and upkeep of dependable, scalable, and secure cloud platforms and tools.

• Implement site reliability engineering practices to enhance system stability and efficiency.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.

• Identify and resolve issues within distributed cloud-native systems.

• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure service reliability and operational excellence.

• Generate and update documentation to assist engineers and enhance self-service capabilities.

• Engage in on-call rotations and incident response, gaining insights into best practices throughout the process.

• Continuously enhance your expertise and participate in team knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in software engineering, site reliability engineering (SRE), or infrastructure roles.

• Strong understanding of operating systems, with a preference for Linux.

• Proficient with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes platforms like AKS, EKS, or similar.

• Experience in at least one programming language, including Python, Go, C#, Java, or similar.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation methodologies.

• Experience with observability tools, including logging, metrics, and application performance monitoring (APM).

• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code concepts such as Terraform, ARM, etc.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to learn.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Required Australian government security clearance, or the ability to obtain it (AUS citizenship necessary).
