Site Payments Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Gather information from various sources to process payments to sites in line with procedural guidelines and site agreements.

• Ensure compliance with country-specific laws that influence and impact payment capabilities.

• Oversee payment duties and workflow to align with contracted deadlines and project objectives.

• Establish and maintain relationships with study sites while liaising with clients regarding payment-related matters.

• Address escalations related to studies and resolve payment-related issues.

• Appropriately escalate project risks.

• Provide training to study teams on payment processes for sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

• Prior experience that equips the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (equivalent to a minimum of 2 years).

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Adaptable and capable of reordering priorities to meet evolving project demands.

• Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word and Excel; experience with CTMS, EDC, or financial systems is a plus.

• Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English (oral and written); knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.

• Skilled in extracting relevant information from study documents such as protocols, contracts, and budgets.

• Understanding of ICH Good Clinical Practices, country regulations, and applicable tax laws relating to all phases of project implementation and execution.
