This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support daily operations on Shopify and TikTok Shop, ensuring site stability and a smooth user experience.
• Accurately set up, QA, and launch new products on schedule for Shopify Plus and TikTok Shop.
• Audit and maintain product catalog data, including descriptions, images, sizing, inventory, and filters.
• Troubleshoot site issues and collaborate with developers, vendors, or internal teams for resolution.
• Assist in executing digital merchandising strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience to boost sales and improve conversion rates.
• Help implement campaigns, including promotions, seasonal updates, and landing pages.
• Support QA for all campaign modifications, updates, and deployments.
• Analyze site and product performance to guide merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Aid in other Ecommerce initiatives involving cross-channel auditing, SEO, creative optimization, and competitor research.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams for campaign planning and execution.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Work with Customer Experience to resolve issues related to online orders or product data.
• Support ad-hoc ecommerce projects and maintain relationships with vendors or service providers.
• Collaborate with the Tech team to identify and resolve bugs while QAing new features.
• 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital merchandising; experience in DTC/fashion is a plus.
• Practical experience with Shopify Plus and ecommerce CMS tools; familiarity with Asana or Monday.com is preferred.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical and solution-focused, capable of working independently to follow through on tasks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and other standard office tools.
• A self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Inquisitive and eager to expand overall digital knowledge.
• Nice To Have: Proficiency in Google Analytics and a solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs.
