This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for the overall management and coordination of the installation and commissioning of medium- and low-voltage switchgear.
• Directing and overseeing construction progress on-site.
• Accountable for schedule, cost, and quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules and commissioning plans.
• Coordinating and providing technical supervision for both internal resources and external partners or subcontractors.
• Ensuring professional, clear, and structured communication with clients, project stakeholders, and service technicians.
• Monitoring adherence to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE).
• Planning and coordinating partial, functional, and final acceptance tests.
• Preparing for and actively engaging in the handover of systems to the end customer.
• Completed technical vocational training with further qualifications as a Meister (master craftsman) or technician.
• A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager.
• Ideally, substantial knowledge of switchgear, especially medium and low voltage, along with experience in large-scale projects or power generation.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety and experience in implementing HSE requirements on construction sites.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (at least B1 level).
• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Valid Class B driving license.
