Site Manager – Full-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated portfolio of clients

• Lead a team comprising around 50 security personnel

• Proactively cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships

• Assume organizational, operational, and financial accountability for the clients and staff assigned

• Monitor market trends and collaborate closely with your supervisor to attract new clients

• Provide clients with expert advice on all matters related to security and services

• Continuously enhance service delivery and improve internal operational workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial or business education (e.g., A-level, secondary diploma, or university degree)

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position

• Proven experience in team leadership and client management, preferably with sales responsibilities

• Strong commercial insight and business intelligence

• Proficient in both German and English

• Valid driving license (category B)

• Professional demeanor complemented by outstanding communication skills

• Adept with PC/user IT skills and a keen interest in technology
