This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Supervise RMMR operations for fuel systems across a designated geographic area under USACE contracts.
• Manage daily operations at fuel facilities to ensure compliance with Performance Work Statement requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities related to fuel maintenance sites.
• Collaborate with operational teams on deployments, exercises, logistical maneuvers, and other related activities.
• Prepare and submit schedules, deficiency lists, recurring maintenance reports, and various contract documentation.
• Create technical scopes of work for Service Orders related to DoD fuel facility repairs and modifications.
• Review specifications for equipment and component repairs to ensure compliance with contractual and material standards.
• Procure necessary materials for repair and maintenance tasks.
• Develop cost estimates for Service Orders, logistics plans, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate field execution with RMMR, USACE, and quality assurance personnel at the facility.
• Supervise, train, orient, and evaluate maintenance personnel for fuel systems.
• Ensure all employee certifications, qualifications, and safety training remain current.
• Maintain employee time records and submit payroll information.
• Conduct workforce supervision, performance management, discipline coordination, and other management responsibilities.
• Perform regular fieldwork at construction and client fueling facility sites.
• Travel to various domestic locations and attend designated on-site meetings and events.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in liquid fuels maintenance or construction across various fuel systems.
• At least three years of experience in Site Management or Construction Management.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Database, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to upload daily/weekly field reports with accompanying photos to cloud-based information management systems.
• Ability to utilize or learn QuickBase, eMaint, MaintainX, Timberland, or similar scheduling and information software.
• OSHA 30 and/or HAZWOPER training is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience in operating equipment and power tools is essential.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment is necessary.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Successful completion of pre-employment federal background checks, MVR, and drug screening is required.
• Must comply with the company’s drug and alcohol policy.
• Authorized to work in the United States or have authorization by the start date.
• Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and utilizes conflict-resolution strategies effectively.
• Capable of working independently, managing timelines and goals, prioritizing workload, and managing time efficiently.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding and application of basic accounting principles is required.
• Adaptable to changing situations while maintaining effectiveness.
• Ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs, and work in confined spaces near loud equipment.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to respond quickly to sounds and hazardous situations.
• Required to wear personal protective equipment for most of the day.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and utilize close, color, depth, and peripheral vision, adjusting focus as needed.
• Reliable transportation, a current valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance are mandatory.
• Must be able to obtain security badges and basic security clearances for federal or secure facilities.
• Compensation ranging from $39/hr to $43/hr.
