This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily on-site coordination for installation tasks, ensuring that work is conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Thermo Systems standards and customer expectations.
• Foster a safety-first culture by reinforcing safe work practices, ensuring adherence to site safety plans, and promptly escalating any unsafe conditions.
• Monitor installation progress against the approved timeline and short-interval plans; identify potential risks to milestones and implement corrective measures.
• Organize daily and weekly field meetings (toolbox talks, trade coordination meetings, and look-ahead planning) as needed by the site.
• Maintain clear awareness of site constraints (access, permits, shutdown windows, staging areas, material availability) and proactively communicate any impacts to the Project Manager.
• Act as Thermo Systems' on-site liaison with customer representatives, the general contractor/construction management team, third-party electrical and mechanical trades, as well as safety and quality representatives.
• Ensure strict version control of installation drawings and field change documentation (latest revisions, RFIs, redlines/as-builts).
• Experience in electrical installation, industrial controls, automation, construction management, or related trade leadership.
• Knowledge of industrial environments (manufacturing, process facilities, distribution, energy, etc.).
• Proven experience coordinating third-party electrical contractors while working on GC-controlled job sites.
• Familiarity with change management processes and documentation (RFIs, redlines, as-builts, T&M tracking, etc.).
• Certifications such as OSHA-10/30, NCCER, or relevant trade licensing (as applicable) are advantageous.
• Experience in leading or coordinating field installation on industrial, controls, electrical, or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of installation practices, jobsite coordination, and trade management.
• Proven ability to manage site safety expectations and cultivate a culture of safety.
• Excellent documentation skills (daily logs, progress tracking, issue tracking, drawing control).
