Site Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Publish web pages and blog articles to websites developed using WordPress and various content management systems.

• Refresh website content to meet search engine optimization goals, support paid advertising, and fulfill other digital marketing aims.

• Oversee content accuracy and ensure all links are functional and correct.

• Revise and enhance existing content in line with any updates we implement.

• Create support tickets and coordinate with IT, Digital, and external third-party services to address unresolved site issues.

• Conduct regular reviews of the site and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistency.

• Incorporate formatting, headings, and hyperlinks into completed content using content management system (CMS) tools and HTML.

• Identify and rectify broken links, outdated images, and formatting mistakes utilizing crawling tools.

• Collaborate closely with project managers on a daily basis and work with team members to prioritize daily tasks and projects, ensuring high-quality, timely content delivery to all stakeholders.

• Take initiative in proposing ideas for necessary site enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an agency environment is advantageous.

• Familiarity with WordPress (experience with various themes is preferred), HTML, and CSS is beneficial.

• Strong attention to web aesthetics and design best practices.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines is essential.

• Interest in digital marketing with a desire for personal growth within the company.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT and knowledge of PHP is an added advantage.
