Site Management Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management and oversight of clinical trial sites by ensuring adherence to study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Participate in clinical research activities, taking ownership of deliverables and collaborating effectively.

• Organize monitoring activities at clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with study protocols and timely resolution of site-related challenges.

• Aid in the preparation and evaluation of regulatory documents, ensuring that all site activities comply with GCP and relevant regulations.

• Work together with cross-functional teams to enable effective communication and provide support for trial sites throughout the study lifecycle.

• Monitor site performance metrics, analyzing data, and generating reports to improve site management efficiency.

• Engage in training programs and mentor junior staff to foster their growth in clinical trial management.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.

• Experience in clinical research, site management, or monitoring, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial procedures and GCP guidelines.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Excellent analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and sustain effective relationships with site personnel and cross-functional teams.
