Site Management Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Assist in the oversight and evaluation of clinical trial sites.

• Ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Coordinate monitoring activities at clinical trial locations and ensure prompt resolution of site-related challenges.

• Aid in the preparation and review of regulatory documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support to trial sites throughout the study lifecycle.

• Monitor site performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to enhance site management efficiency.

• Engage in training programs and provide mentorship to junior staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.

• Experience in clinical research, site management, or monitoring.

• A solid understanding of clinical trial methodologies and GCP guidelines.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Commitment to upholding high-quality standards.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to establish and sustain effective relationships with site personnel and cross-functional teams.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
