📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing clinical trial sites.

• Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Aid in site management tasks, which include preparing documentation, data entry, and monitoring site performance metrics.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and resolve site-related challenges.

• Keep precise records of site activities.

• Help in the creation of monitoring reports.

• Engage in training and development initiatives to improve knowledge and skills in clinical trial management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, business administration, or clinical research.

• Some experience in clinical research, site management, or related administrative positions is preferable but not essential.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks.

• Advanced proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work cooperatively in a team setting.

• Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
