Site Contracts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Develop contract templates specific to the country.

• Create and distribute Site Agreements or any relevant contracts to initiate negotiations.

• Engage in negotiations concerning contract language and budgets with each designated site until finalization and execution.

• Evaluate study budgets and expenses related to contract negotiations.

• Conduct quality checks on Site Agreements or any associated documents prior to the commencement of the signature process.

• Coordinate with the Worldwide Legal Department, Data Privacy team, study teams, sponsors, sites, investigators, and others.

• Distribute fully executed Site Agreements or related documents to: site, eTMF, payment team, sponsor, and upload to internal SharePoint as required.

• Negotiate amendments to Site Agreements, including language and budget adjustments with sites.

• Draft termination letters or other necessary documents and send them to sites for signature as needed.

• Maintain a tracking tool with live, real-time updates regarding functional activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, science, or a related discipline.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the Clinical Research Pharmaceutical or CRO industry, specifically with investigator/site contracts or a related legal field.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
