Site Contracts Negotiator II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing contract activities by accepting responsibility for deliverables and fostering teamwork.

• Negotiate site contracts and budgets with investigator sites, adhering to established parameters and playbooks.

• Review and modify contract language to align with sponsor requirements, local regulations, and site feedback.

• Oversee a portfolio of contracts, tracking cycle times and proactively addressing any execution obstacles.

• Work in collaboration with legal, finance, and project teams to resolve contractual inquiries and ensure consistency.

• Keep precise records of negotiations, approvals, and signed agreements in the appropriate systems.

• Promote continuous enhancement of contract templates, processes, and guidelines, while mentoring junior colleagues when suitable.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Relevant experience in site contracting, contract administration, or comparable roles within CRO, pharma, or healthcare sectors.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements and budget negotiation principles.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Capability to manage multiple contracts and timelines with a keen attention to detail and quality.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.
