Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements including master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Collaborate with a supervisor and different internal/external key stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the progress of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage site contract metrics.

• Aid in the maintenance of contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the timely execution of contracts.

• Identify areas for process improvement and take corrective measures.

• Other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or a 4-year college degree.

• Experience in a CRO or healthcare setting.

• Relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Proven ability to lead interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
