Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate a diverse range of agreements, including master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Collaborate with your supervisor and various internal/external key stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the status of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Assist in the upkeep of contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Aid in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to facilitate the timely execution of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and take corrective measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate or postgraduate degree, or a 4-year college degree.

• Experience within a CRO or healthcare environment.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.

• Proven experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
