Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, such as master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and additional client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and multiple internal/external key stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the status of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Assist in the upkeep of contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Aid in the design and implementation of policies and procedures to facilitate the timely execution of contracts.

• Identify areas for process improvement and take corrective measures.

• Perform other assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree from a 4-year college.

• Experience in a CRO/healthcare environment.

• Relevant expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Proven ability to lead interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
