Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, draft, and negotiate various agreements including master service agreements, site contracts, consulting contracts, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and additional client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and key internal/external stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the progress of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Assist in the upkeep of contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Help design and implement policies and procedures to ensure the prompt execution of contracts.

• Identify areas for process improvement and take corrective measures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate qualifications, or a 4-year college degree.

• Experience in a CRO or healthcare setting.

• Relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

• Proven experience in leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
